Borgo San Lorenzo is the main town of Mugello and offers its almost 20,000 inhabitants all the important infrastructures. This renovated rustico is situated in a beautiful hilly location on the outskirts of the small town, far away from traffic. The approx. 8,000 m² property is surrounded by thousands of sunflowers which give the area a special flair and provide a beautiful view over the surrounding fields.
The building has recently been partially renovated, including the roof being completely renewed. It extends over two floors, although the first floor is currently largely unfinished.
There is a separate storage room directly next to the house and, in addition to the garage, a large courtyard area for parking vehicles.
The rustico is not in a secluded location, but in an absolutely quiet position. Borgo San Lorenzo can be reached in a few minutes and the center of Florence in approx. 40 minutes.
